Tax Forms

There are various tax forms. They are,

  W2 form
  W3 form
  Form 940
  Form 941

W2 form:

  It is a Tax form that an employer gives to his employee at the end of every year.

  It contains the employee's yearly earning incomes,taxes and deductions.
W3 form:

  The Form W-3 Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements is basically a summary of all the W2 Forms.

Form 940:

  It's generally used to return the Employer's annual Federal unemployment Insurance Report.

  Employer's Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return is used to report the company's FUTA wages, tax, and tax deposits.


Form 941:

  Employers who withheld the following must file Form 941 each calendar quarter.

  Income tax on wages

  Who must pay social security or Medicare tax
