Recruitment:

  The recruitment module of erpflex-HR helps you plan, manage and execute your recruitment campaigns easily and efficiently

  It consists of the five sub-modules like Vacancy Details, Applicant Information, Interview Details, General Evaluation and final list

 

Vacancies can be created for new posts or based on existing job profiles. Facilities are

also provided for handling speculative applications. Details of campaigns, costs,

recruitment sources, authorization, resources required, and panel members can be stored

against the vacancy

 
 

 
  The system assists you in processing the applicant Information quickly and easily through each stage of recruitment process
     



  Interview Details includes fields for entering Interview time, date and Result.



  The system helps you to examine the applicant completely through the forms for Credit History Evaluation, Criminal History Evaluation, Drug Test Evaluation, Availability and Relocation



  If the applicant is Permanent Resident then you can identify whether the status is Employment based green card or sponsorship based green card or  Employment Authorization Document (EAD)

  If the status is EAD then you can  gather the following details
                  EAD number
                  Visa Expiration Date

 

  Final list includes fields to enter Joining date, salary and work place of selected applicants
