Mail Templates:

  The mail configuration form includes seven tab cards and a table listing the name, to address and subject of currently available mail templates


 
  The add template tab is used to add a new mail template to the system database

 

  The edit template tab is used to edit the mail contents of default or user defined templates

  The account setup tab is used for creating new user account for an employee to transmit reminder mail or confirmation mail for timesheet

 

 

The schedule Mails tab is used to set the transmission time of the timesheet reminder and confirmation
