Evaluation is the process in which each employee
is monitored by a
particular Monitoring authority for several factors.
According to the performance rating given by the Monitoring
authority the employee is eligible for promotion.
Evaluation consists of Evaluation Factor, Monitoring Authority, Employee Evaluation
and Final Evaluation.
Evaluation factor is the aspect by which the performance of an employee can be
evaluated.
Monitoring authority is a person who is going to monitor the performance
of an employee.
In employee evaluation the employee is given grade based on the performance.
Final evaluation can be set for an employee based on various factors
for which the employee is monitored
Promotion:
Promotion motivates an employee to concentrate more on the
work.
Promotion depends on various factors such as department, designation,
