Department:
In this module you can record your branch information for transaction retrieval and reporting purposes.
It is useful for users who have multi-branches and are likely to perform stock transfers.
Unit of Measurement:
Unit Of Measurement is a functional unit where you can set all the units used in your inventory management.
The conversion rates among units of measurement are also defined here.
Item Groups:
It is used to initializes the group name which specifies the general name of particular related items.
These Item groups will be reflected in Item initialization process.
Item:
Item module is used to initialize the items which are in the transaction of the company.
In this module we can also store the usage of the item.
Supplier:
Supplier module is used to initializes the suppliers information.
These Suppliers will be reflected in all company purchase processes.
Customer:
Customer module is used to initializes the customers information.
These Customers will be reflected in all company sales processes.
Pricing Schedule:
It allows users to keep track and arrange their price levels according to special seasons, events, locations, items and etc...
You will find a Historical Prices band which groups three important fields under it, namely Max, Min and Last.
With this information, users could, in turn know what were the minimum,maximum and latest price that they have quoted/sold to customers.
This is even useful to users who have a group of sales persons where this information will serve as a guideline for their quotation scheme.
Opening Balance:
It is used for direct insertion of item into stock without normal procedure.
It will be helpful during the emergency condition.
