Initialization

         The user has to initialize the basic details of the company which utilizes ERP Flex for its company automization. Initialization includes the following categories

  Contact Details
  Federal Details
  Attribute Details
  Document Details

  Contact Details

  In Contact details option user has to furnish company name, registration number,company logo and so on.

  Also company's address details,phone number,fax number, E-mail address and website address.


  All these details will be reflected in reports of ERP Flex package.

  Federal Details

  In federal details option user has to furnish the details like company legal name,federal ID and state ID.

  Also need to furnish the basic details for accounting process such as fiscal month,fiscal year,currency details,starting date of the company ,costing method and tax details.

  All these details will be reflected in budget calculation, balance sheet preparation and profit and loss analysis.

  Attribute Details

      In attribute details option user has to give

  Bank account details.

  Routing number

  Pay date details and maximum working hours per day of the company.

  These bank details and routing details will be reflected in paycheck generation.

  Document Details

      In document details option user has to furnish


  The format of document identification number i.e., how the document number should be.

  Increment order of document number.
