user has to initialize the basic details of the company which utilizes
ERP Flex for its company automization. Initialization includes the

In Contact details option user has to furnish
company name, registration
number,company logo and so on. |

Federal Details

In federal details option user has to furnish
the details like company legal
name,federal ID and state ID. |

Also need to furnish the basic details for accounting
process such as fiscal
month,fiscal year,currency details,starting date of the company
,costing method and tax details. |

All these details will be reflected in budget calculation, balance sheet
preparation and profit and loss analysis. |

Routing number |

Pay date details and maximum working hours per
