    Write Checks are transactions that affect your company’s
  Check accounts
 

Credit card accounts
 
Petty cash accounts and other cash accounts.


Make a Deposit:
     The deposits you enter in the Make a Deposit window in the Check book Command Centre can serve any cash-receipts purpose you want in Erp-flex Accounting.
 
In most cases, they will reflect actual payments to a bank that will increase your check account balance there.
 
You could select a petty cash account, however, if you want to replenish your petty cash on hand amount.
